I visit Yinchu Chinese Restaurant about 2–3 times every month.
I’ve never been to Northeast China, so I can’t say if the food is “authentic,” but the taste really matches my preference. One thing I love is that they don’t add lots of bamboo shoots just to make the dishes look bigger — the portions and flavors feel honest.
The restaurant is bright, clean, and comfortable. The plates and bowls are spotless, and even the tables and walls are not sticky at all (I admit, I’m a bit picky about cleanliness 🤭). It’s a great spot for both friends’ gatherings and family dinners.
My must-order list: Sweet and Sour Pork (锅包肉), Spicy Intestines with Green Chili(尖椒肥肠), Sichuan-Style Boiled Fish(水煮鱼), Hot & Sour Shredded Potatoes(酸辣土豆丝), Mapo Eggplant(麻婆茄子), Di San Xian (potatoes, eggplant, green pepper stir-fry 地三鲜), plus Stir-Fried Cabbage (I always forget the exact name 🤣).
Overall, both the taste and the atmosphere make this restaurant worth visiting!
